INSTALLATION
Get Flooring partnered with the General Contractor to complete interior finish installations for the Chuck E. Cheese entertainment restaurant in Villa Park, IL. The scope of work included multiple floor and wall tile installations, carpet throughout seating areas, mosaic backsplash tile on counter faces, and a tile dance floor integrated within the carpeted dining space. Each finish was selected and installed to support a high-energy, family-focused environment.
THE CHALLENGE
As a high-traffic entertainment venue, the space required materials and installation methods capable of withstanding constant use. Integrating a tile dance floor within a carpeted seating area added complexity, as the transition needed to be durable, flush, and safe—eliminating any potential tripping hazards while maintaining visual appeal.
