Get Flooring partnered with the General Contractor to complete flooring installations for multiple Coldwell Banker office locations across Illinois. The scope of work included LVP and carpet installations throughout waiting areas, meeting rooms, and office spaces. The finishes were selected to elevate the professional environment while maintaining durability for daily use.

THE CHALLENGE

The LVP installation required a herringbone pattern, introducing additional layout complexity and material planning considerations. In addition, the number of individual offices and meeting rooms required careful coordination to maintain efficiency and minimize material waste. The client also expected a refined, high-end appearance despite using standard flooring materials.
