INSTALLATION
Get Flooring partnered with the General Contractor to complete interior finish installations for GQT Eastside 10 IMAX in Lafayette, IN. The scope of work included extensive floor and wall tile installations throughout the lobby and restroom areas, broadloom carpet in hallways and theater rooms, and VCT flooring within the theater seating areas. Each finish was installed to support the performance demands and visual expectations of a high-traffic cinema environment.
THE CHALLENGE
As a large-scale entertainment venue, the project required careful coordination across multiple flooring systems and design styles. High-visibility tile wall features in the restrooms demanded precise workmanship, while curved tile installations in the concession areas required experienced execution to achieve clean lines and consistent finishes. Maintaining quality under heavy-use conditions was essential.
