INSTALLATION
Get Flooring partnered with the General Contractor to deliver a comprehensive interior finishes package for The Radcliff, an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Wood Dale, IL. The project included extensive installations of floor tile, LVP, carpet, thin brick, wall tile, and backsplash throughout large public spaces and 100 residential units. Each material was selected and installed to balance durability, aesthetics, and the operational needs of a multi-level senior living environment.
THE CHALLENGE
The scale of the project presented significant complexity, with a high volume of residential units and expansive common areas requiring consistent execution. Multiple finish types needed to be carefully coordinated across varied spaces, all while meeting elevated visual expectations. Managing sequencing, quality, and continuity across a large, multi-unit living facility demanded a disciplined and experienced approach.
