INSTALLATION
Get Flooring partnered with the General Contractor to deliver a comprehensive interior and exterior finishes package for Zeigler Subaru of Schererville in Schererville, IN. The scope of work included the installation of multiple tile styles throughout the dealership, carpet installations, rubber stair treads, risers, and landings, as well as exterior thin brick serving as a focal architectural feature incorporating the Subaru logo. Each finish was selected and installed to support both visual impact and operational demands.
THE CHALLENGE
The size and complexity of the project required careful coordination across a wide range of flooring, wall, and safety-related materials. In the showroom, floor tile was subjected to significant live loads from vehicle traffic, demanding an installation approach that ensured long-term performance. Managing multiple scopes simultaneously while maintaining quality and continuity was critical to the project’s success.
