As soon as you sign the contract and proceed the first payment, you need to let us know when you would like to begin, and you’ll receive a notification with the date, time, name of the installer, and lead time for your project.

As soon as we schedule an estimate, you will receive a notification with the date, time, and the expert’s name. You’ll receive a notification about an estimate within one hour of arrival.
Our goal is to bring you all our knowledge and experience of 11 years and make your decision much more comfortable with faith in getting what you are looking for.
You can receive and discuss the proposal with an expert right at the project, set up start day, discuss all terms. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to provide you with a proposal including all information.
After you received the proposal, feel free to contact us to discuss all terms, set a start date and time, make changes.
As soon as you paid 50% payment you will get scheduled for work,also you will get notification with dates and time.
Before the end of the project, you will receive the final invoice. Please make sure everything is correct. If you have questions, please contact us. After completing services and all check-ins, you can make a payment online or call the office and go ahead with your payment.
After final payment, you’ll receive a Certificate of completion you have to sign. Also, this document will give you a warranty and information about policies.

We do not consider the disposal cost, however, we provide disposal options for your project. The companies we use for disposal have a life-load option, where the container comes to your house for 30 minutes, we load it and send it on its way.
The disposal choice will be indicated inside the contract, and you will able to add this while you sign the contact. For more information, see pricing.

We do not overhead the cost of materials; however, we provide the option to deliver all materials throughout the project’s lifetime.

Unfinished Hardwood
Our customers can pick any type and size of unfinished hardwood at the project with our expert, get advice on all kinds of hardwood and get exactly the one you need. Unfinished hardwood will be provided by Get Flooring and included in a price of Sq ft. together with high-quality Labor.
Stairs parts:
1 way; Our customers have options to provide their own design, and Get flooring will provide labor and materials to make your stairs come true.
2 way; Get Flooring can provide design and engineering service for your project, and you can discuss all materials and design of your stairs with our expert.
All Stairs Parts will be provided by Get Flooring and will be included in total cost.

Since some many colors, shapes, sizes, and classes of quality unfortunately we cannot provide this type of materials, we are always happy to help you get materials exactly that you are looking, our experience and knowledge = your beautiful result.
Carpet
Get Flooring can provide over 50 samples with any style and quality of carpet, and based on your decision we will provide you one “set installation” that means all materials, demo, installation, garbage disposal are included in your price.
You’ll receive a contract on your Email with an electronic signature within 12 hours. With the contract, you may have the first part of the invoice, which you can pay using debit, credit, cash, or check.
